The Prius that started it all is now on its third generation and is more fuel efficient than ever. The 50-mpg 3rd Gen Prius uses a larger battery and a unique Power Split Device to gain more efficiency during acceleration, cruising, and braking than typical hybrid engines.
Prius V
The newest Prius set to debut this summer, the Prius V offers 50% more cargo room than the 3rd Generation Prius, sliding and reclining rear seats, and an available infotainment system with Entune.
Prius C Concept
The sporty Prius C Concept will offer more fun in a Prius model at the most affordable price in the Prius family. The Prius C - coming early 2012 - will also feature a higher MPG than the 3rd Gen Prius.
Also available in early 2012, the Prius Plug-In Hybrid will offer electric-only driving in addition to an anticipated 50-mpg hybrid drive. Compatible with a standard 110V household plug, the Prius Plu-In Hybrid will fully charge in only three hours.
